Home to some of the best mountain bike trails in the nation, Highland Mountain Bike Park is only 10 minutes away from campus. Utilized by our mountain biking team, these trails give them a prime location for practicing tricks and technical skills.
2. Franklin Falls Dam
The Franklin Falls Dam is home to beautiful views and miles of recreational trails and disc golf. Franklin Falls is another location that our teams utilize for practicing. Tilton cross country also hosts their home meet here.
3. Lake Winnisquam Scenic Trail
Another great trail with beautiful views, the Lake Winnisquam Scenic Trail runs right along the water.
4. Lakes
The town of Tilton is settled within the scenic lakes region of New Hampshire. Nearby lakes offer opportunities for swimming and water sports. Just nine miles away from Lake Winnisquam, this location offers our private boarding school prime spots for aquatic activities. Another popular lake nearby is Lake Winnipesaukee.
5. Mountains
Only an hour drive from the White Mountains and many trails nearby, the Tilton area is a hiking hotspot.
